Critical: corresponding timing arc set not found in equiv cells #267
Description
With the change to allow equivalent cells based on function we now get this error when swapping between two such cells (AOI221x1_ASAP7_75t_R and AOI221xp5_ASAP7_75t_R). One gate reproducer attached.
