Main Branch Is Missing OpenZeppelin Dependency #437
Description
After cloning the github repository and attempting to run forge build an error is encountered indicating that the openzeppelin dependency is missing, and hasn't been added as a git submodule.
Error (6275): Source "@openzeppelin/contracts-upgradeable/access/AccessControlEnumerableUpgradeable.sol" not found: File not found.
