upgrade the opentelemetry-ebpf-profiler's version to support the rich profiling data

The parca-agent is based on the opentelemetry-ebpf-profiler's earlier version, as shown in this link: opentelemetry-ebpf-profiler
Now the opentelemetry-ebpf-profiler is currently under development and is becoming increasingly perfect.
Collecting profiling data from the same application has different performances, as compared below：
· the result of parca-agent by the latest version(v0.39.3):

· the result of opentelemetry-ebpf-profiler by the latest version(v0.0.202531):

Not only does opentelemetry ebpf profiler perform well in this language(Golang), but it also performs well in other language of applications.

Is it possible for parca agent to keep up with the pace of opentelemetry?
