feat: complete SDK parity and fix authentication logic

Achieved 100% parity with Node.js SDK by implementing Subscription V2, Reporting, Pecco, and all missing payment endpoints. Fixed critical PKI string formatting and signature generation bugs. Updated documentation and test suite.
