Add support for `transfer_assets_using_reserve()` call/extrinsic of pallet XCM

paritytech/polkadot-sdk#3695 will introduce a new call to pallet XCM to allow transferring assets with multiple configured reserves (such as Asset Hub ForeignAssets).

This will be particularly interesting to transfer back bridged assets from a parachain to their native consensus system (such as bridged ERC20 tokens).

as discussed on the call, indeed this follow up PR is adding big changes to the interface of the new call: paritytech/polkadot-sdk#4260

I will create an issue jsut to consider the "default" case, and we can explore further later. Most likely this issue will be outdated.
