Text highlighting and input is broken when scrolling.

To Reproduce (optional)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Have enough input and the window is small enough that you need to scroll.
2. Scroll down and click somewhere.
3. Scroll up and try to highlight and input text

Additionally, the output does not scroll with the input (can be observed at 0:09 in the video above, replicated on my fresh install today)
