Neovim Support

I want to add support for nvim as addition editor supported by this extension. I will create a pull request and create the feature.

Hey @iwansyahp , sure, go ahead.
You will have to make sure to recognize neovim projects, so that the extension is able to open these projects with neovim. But that should work.
