emulate a MouldK Receiver, on a ESP32 C3

I happened to come across this project during my research on the MouldKing protocol...
now I'm short on battery boxes

what i do have is an ESP32 C3 super mini... i stuff it into everything
and was wondering:
since this protocoll is understood so well... could we implement it on the receiver side aswell, so we could use their remotes for anything?

also has anyone tried running a minimal only (just the MK important parts) on an ESP32 as TX? does the integrated antenna even work for that?
