Hello,

Can we re-introduce absolute time steps for the evaluation of variables ?
The main motivation is that human beings don't necessarily think in relative time.

Real world example

For instance, if one wants to evaluate the observable BitStrings every 500ns for a sequence of duration 3000ns, he needs to enter the following values: [0.1666667, 0.33333, ..., 1.] in the evaluation_times argument. This makes it harder to interact with emulation software and add a lot of overhead
