not all settings turned on in modal window after accepting all cookies

steps to reproduce:

1. Open modal window
2. Uncheck some settings
3. Close window
4. Accept all cookies
5. Open modal window again and see that not all settings checked as "On"

I too have similar issue in term of:

1. Open modal window
2. Uncheck some settings
3. Close window
4. Accept all cookies
   5. Refresh the page, it is again asking for consent.

@RamuRChenchaiah it seems like you have different issue because in my case after refreshing the page all settings checked.
