Noticed that the repository doesn't include an open source license, so it's unclear under what capacity the community can use the work. With no license, we have to assume all rights are reserved.

+1. I'm aware of #56 but even if there are plans to deprecate this repository, a license would be useful for folks wanting to use it in the mean time. It could also allow for someone else to continue maintaining a community list based off of this one should this one go away as planned.
