Login flow Issue : Same device different Web browser

One interesting use case for this is , using passlock.dev , i signed up and have so far logged in using Arc browser on my system , when i try to log in using brave on same system, i get the response that no passkeys found , which implies that i have not associated any passkeys to my account via the brave browser. The option at this point should be to log in via code sent to my email, but that option is not there , When i provide the correct code or hit the link , in the brave browser i should then be prompted to do biometric login , which is then registered implying that i can now use both arc and brave to access passlock.dev. That is not the case at the moment. You might have ideas on how to handle this ?
