Doesn't support save/restore as separate actions

`actions/cache` (even the v3 versions) has `restore` and `save` as separate actions, but not this repo. There's the `dist` folder with the separate files, but doing something like `uses: pat-s/always-upload-cache/restore@v3.0.11` gets `Error: Can't find 'action.yml', 'action.yaml' or 'Dockerfile' for action 'pat-s/always-upload-cache/restore@v3.0.11'.`
