Add server: Elevenlabs official mcp server (#194)

* First version of MCP with name and server

* Added the tools based on the MCP server python functions

* Include examples for elevenlabs-mcp

* API key example

* Fix incorrect usage of docker mcp server startup - docker image points to official mcp elevenlabs server

* Add the docker stuff to the official elevenlabs json

* Drop unofficial elevenlabs mcp server
