Tracheal Mucosa Equivalence Annotation #600

Description

BACKGROUND
PATO appears to alter an equivalence axiom from UBERON:0000379, "tracheal mucosa". In PATO, 'tracheal mucosa' is equivalent to "mucosa and ('part of' some 'respiratory airway')", whereas in UBERON it is equivalent to "mucosa and ('part of' some 'trachea')"

PROBLEM
In the FuTRES Ontology of Vertebrate Traits, we're making use of both PATO and UBERON, but the difference in 'tracheal mucosa' creates some issues when trying to integrate with other UBERON classes, such as 'upper respiratory tract' (UBERON:0001557) and 'lower respiratory tract' (UBERON:0001558). Being part of the URT is disjoint with being part of the LRT.

'Tracheal mucosa' is part of the 'Trachea' (UBERON:0003126), which ends up being part of the lower LRT. But some types of mucosa (ex. 'nasal cavity mucosa' (UBERON:0001826)) are part of the upper respiratory tract. If trachea mucosa is equivalent to any mucosa that's part of the respiratory airway (regardless of upper or lower), then nasal cavity mucosa is a type of tracheal mucosa, resulting in tracheal mucosa being both part of the upper and lower respiratory tracts, which conflicts with these being disjoint. This also incorrectly results in various non-tracheal mucosas being tracheal mucosas.

PROPOSAL
Changing the equivalence axiom on 'tracheal mucosa' to adhere to how it appears in UBERON: "mucosa and ('part of' some 'trachea')"
