Umbraco 16 Database Sync not working

The data of SEOToolkit is stored in database right? But when exported from localhost to main server, the toolkit is empty. NO data there. But database shows the data is there. UI shows no update. Node ID in localhost and server is also same. Then I tried updating new data which shows as title, meta description but on database it is not updated.

When I export the data from server and imported data to local server same thing, data is not updated.
Any suggestions? Because this makes import and export tough for large websites when I have to make an upgrade or technical edits.
