Access to GPS Variables

Hi Patrick,

great software. Very useful

Quick Question, can you access the GPS Variable using pysimconnect? https://docs.flightsimulator.com/html/Programming_Tools/GPSVars/GPS_Variables.htm

I get: TypeError: unhasable type: 'slice' if I try using the get_simdatum method with a variable - for instance:

C:fs9gps:FlightPlanDepartureAirportIdent

is this correct, does pysommconnect support this, or am I doing something wrong?
