Fix AI label colors in ChatBot

Update existing label colors to the following:

• Text: global text color regular
• Border: global border color nonstatus gray default

Existing colors were flagged as not passing WCAG contrast guidelines.

Ping Anuj to let him know of updates so they can remove any custom colors.
