Do not use markdown for user msgs

Looking at the source code, even the user msgs are interpreted as markdown. So in order to render the newlines, user would have to use \n\n, but the result still does not look good.

Other chatbots are not interpreting user messages are markdown.

Hi @rawagner - you can pull in the changes from #636 if you want this behavior. We can't make a global breaking change right now since it would affect Red Hat Developer Hub.
