Support - see if we can get refs to pass to textarea in MessageBar

From OpenShift Lightspeed: I couldn't pass a ref through to the MessageBar's textarea element even though it looks like I should be able to from the docs? I'm using version 6.3.2.

If we can recreate, switch to bug.
