Keyboard Interaction in chat welcomePrompts

Navigating to these options "Tell me about Ask Red Hat." and "What technologies are used in Ask Red Hat?" via keyboard. Interacting should behave in a predictable manor.

Current Behavior:
Currently, pressing the Tab key twice highlights the prompt’s border and text.

Expected result:
Focus is applied to the prompt with a single Tab press.

Able to see issue at https://access.redhat.com/ask. Our examples (see https://www.patternfly.org/patternfly-ai/chatbot/overview/demo/basic-chatbot/) only require one tab press. Looking into why.

Was able to reproduce here with old version of ChatBot: https://codesandbox.io/p/devbox/elegant-grass-3kjztk?workspaceId=ws_XJDbnQ4RTGsaMiqYAaL6TA ("@patternfly/chatbot": "6.3.2" and "@patternfly/react-core": "6.3.1").

Issue seems to be resolved if I bump reproducer to latest: https://codesandbox.io/p/devbox/sad-tree-7t3gjg?workspaceId=ws_XJDbnQ4RTGsaMiqYAaL6TA ("@patternfly/chatbot": "6.4.1" and "@patternfly/react-core": "6.4.0").

@Homa - Would you be willing to try bumping your versions and see if that resolves the issue for you in your codebase?
