upgrade jquery dependency to patternfly v3

Hello all

I'm getting a CVE alert from github on my project which uses patternfly 3.59.5, because of patternfly dependency to jquery of 3.4.1^
it is needed to upgrade the dependency to 3.5.1^ to get rid off the CVE alert

Affected layered product: oVirt / RHV - packagec cockpit-ovirt.

Any progress with this issue? We need this to be fixed for ovirt-engine package as well.
