⚠️ Component update: Dual list selector

• Inconsistency updates (checklist here)
• Fix the padding/alignment of the second and third tier items in the Figma component. Also consider adding a third tier item type
• Remove the drag outside base component variant
• Update the padding on the ‘on drag’ variant(padding is off when the “draggable” boolean is turned on)
• Consider pulling the drag varaiants of the base component items into a separate drag and drop page in figma(we do not currently have a drag and drop component page, just booleans of the drag icon in its respective use cases. ie. table,dual list selector)
