Chatbot: Response actions update

Pre-clicked state: icon changes (change to filed and unfilled thumbs up/thumbs down). update in figma

notes:

• focus state background to be gray and then clicked background be white
• If you click, the selection should persist
• Thumbs up/thumbs down should unclick the other. If clicked thumbs up again, expect it to deactivate. Same with listen, but copy would lose focus.
