Add kubernetes resource icons to PatternFly

OCP observability is creating a tool that visualizes alerts and displays affected resources. The team would like to use a small topology view that can quickly identify deployments, pods, and other kubernetes objects.
The attached doc is a list of icons with examples from the community.
