Content: Document the visual library system

Document the visual library system created by Bekah, either formally in PF docs, or within GitHub/Google Drive as appropriate. The goal is to have a resource that clearly articulates how to use the system to create images for your needs. Will be useful as the team grows and if more people begin to support PF comms.

If this ends up being website docs, this issue can transfer to the org repo.
