TextInput: Poor contrast ratio between value and placeholder #1442

Use Case & Requirement
In PatternFly v6.2.1 (light mode), the placeholder text color #4d4d4d of an TextInput is too close to the value text color #151515. This minimal contrast can make users think a field is filled in when it's just showing a placeholder.
Why it's needed
This issue impacts usability and accessibility. Users may overlook required fields, thinking they are already filled in when they are not. It also creates ambiguity in the form experience, which can be especially problematic in complex workflows or applications that rely heavily on data entry.
