Description of the issue
Mac Safari 18.5 with VO issue:
After pressing the down arrow to enter a combobox and then pressing the up arrow, visual focus moves to the bottom item, but the first item's value is read.
This value continues to be read all the way to the top of the list. But if you press the up arrow once more, focus will again shift to the bottom--but the bottom item's value will be read correctly this time!
