[Bug] pf-select/pf-search-input: Listbox position doesn't update relative to the viewport. #2943

Description of the issue
When opening the select dropdown, the list of options (Listbox) always appears below the dropdown button, no matter where it is on the screen. Even if there isn't enough space below — for example, when the dropdown is near the bottom of the page — the list still tries to open downward and gets cut off.
It doesn’t adjust its position to open above, to the left, or to the right based on the space available in the window. This makes it hard for users to see or select options, especially on smaller screens or in scrollable containers.

Expected behavior
The list should open in a direction where there is enough space — above, below, left, or right — so that it stays fully visible on the screen.
