Migrate the following group of components to Astro .

To Do:

1. Clipboard copy
2. Code block
3. Code editor
4. Content
5. Data list

Definition of done:

• Each section should be updated to conform to fit the MDX and Zod schemes for the site.
• Sections should have animation to feel like a single page app.
• React, React demos, HTML, HTML Demos, Design Guidelines, & A11y sections have been migrated
• Tested, builds, and passes linting.
• Signed off by the stake holders.
