Review integration with the PF AI tooling documentation

Description

Currently we maintain the original draft implementation of the PF AI tooling documentation. We should make that a bit more dynamic by minimally including the external resource that gets updated on a more regular basis.

Acceptance criteria

• Reviewed and confirmed the PF AI tooling repo can be integrated and possibly replace internal documentation
• Remove current docs and replace with PF AI tooling docs
• Possible side-effects include more docs!
• Related Documentation links should be generated #21
