Bug - Table of Contents - doesn't scroll to the end of ToC for long lists #4714
Description
See Table's Table of Contents on desktop view (right-aligned menu), it will scroll to InnerScrollContainer jumplink, but there are several more below that. It won't show the remaining content items until the full page is scrolled.
It seems to be because the Table of Contents doesn't account for the top page header which collapses when the full page scrolls. It may be due to a max-height imposed on the Table of Contents.
