Broken layout for failed verification with PF6

The drawer contents contains a scrollbar and cuts off text when ample space is available. The following screens can be seen here:

• Select the Deploy Image quick start
• Click Start button
• Scroll to the bottom and choose no for the verification
• Click Next button

The text block is pushed down to the bottom whereas with pf5 it was at the top.
