Description
Summary: Refine the Unified Theme to align with final design specifications and set new defaults. This includes specific token updates (colors, border radii), optimizing link style performance, and establishing the "out-of-the-box" experience (Glass and Brand Icons on by default).
Scope / Child Issues:
- Token Updates
- Color: Replace PatternFly Blue with Red Hat Red accent tokens.
- Shape: Increase border-radii (pill shapes) for drawers, buttons, and menu toggles, nav items, tab items, (+ more that design identifies)
- Link Style Architecture: ensure the new animation and dotted line appear at correct times
- Requirement: Updates apply only to inline text links.
- Requirement: Button links receive updated text decoration on hover only (no animation).
- Compare links in PF to RHDS (breadcrumbs, footers, etc)
- Set Theme Defaults: Configure the Unified Theme to have "Glass Mode" and "Brand Icons" enabled by default.
- Add theme switcher to the docs site for testing
- Background Image Strategy: Implement the default background image infrastructure with override capabilities for consumers.
