As a user i would like to recommend a comments that i like

-> comments with recommendations appear above comments without recommendations
-> comments display their number of recommendations

As an Editor I would like to remove comments I view to be inappropriate
-> inappropriate comments can be removed by an editor
-> comments should not be permanently deleted
