run-app fails with version 1.3.3.2

When plugin is used in grails 2.3.7 with spring security and spring security ui - fails to run the app, nor run-war works.

I have made a project to reproduce behavior:

The spicy bit is in BuildConfig.groovy which shows the mixture of plugins.
