The Fuzzing link in the README.md goes to an inaccessible repo

Not sure if this is the correct repo it should point to:

Would offer a fix but not sure what is correct

fuzzing got broken at some point. cryptofuzz repository is a fork of original cryptofuzz, which was deleted by its creator. It's very unfortunate that we don't have other great ways of testing it.

there is an issue mentioning this: MozillaSecurity/cryptofuzz#3

yeah im 100% certain that this is the new repo

ok @paulmillr after more spelunking, libfuzzer-js has not been migrated, however I have fixed the fuzzing tests successfully (I Think).
