I am ripping .mkv files off of dvds, and am trying to preserve both the metadata and subtitle files.
However, when I select "Preserve subtitles" in the advanced options, I receive the following error:
Error opening output files: Invalid argument
If I uncheck the "preserve subtitles" option in advanced options, and try to add subtitles from a source, I end up getting this error instead:
[AVFilterGraph @ 0x3ea56280] Error processing filtergraph: No such file or directory
[in#1 @ 0x3ea68240] Error opening input: No such file or directory
Error opening input files: No such file or directory
I'm using a fully licensed version of MakeMKV to rip and have selected to keep all of the possible subtitle files in that program as well. After I rip the .mkv file, all audio tracks and subtitle tracks exist when I open the .mkv file in VLC player. I am attempting to convert the files from .mkv to .mp4 at 23 CQ.
