Shutter encoder 13.9 H265 encode throws random errors with Nvidia hardware acceleration.

Rolling back to 13.8 produces no errors on the same set of source files.

Yes, I did

It's because the quality has improved since the v19.9 if you want to mimic the v19.8 uncheck the 'Max. Quality' box and check 'Force preset' to 'veryslow' from 'Advanced features' section.
