Relocate Shutter Encoder folder from the Home folder (macOS)

I see there's an issue open for this regarding Windows, but on macOS the "Shutter Encoder" folder is also being placed incorrectly on the Home folder, instead of, idk, ~/Library/Application Support/.
I believe this is just a minor fix and better for the app to put its settings on the appropriate locations. Thank you.

You can actually move the folder into this location on Mac.
