Self-review not showing up as submitted

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

Although we filled out the self-review for an assignment, it is not showing up as submitted in the assignments tab

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Assignments

2. Click on Self Review for Assignment 7 - Storm of Crimson, part 3 GROUPS

3. It does say it is submitted when you click on it

4. However, on the assignments tab it says not submitted

Expected behavior
It is supposed to say submitted

Workarounds
Are you still able to accomplish your primary objective, despite this bug? Is this a complete blocker, resulting in needing to make a significant change to your course process? Or more of a papercut? This information helps us to prioritize fixes.
