[BUG] Clicking "Move Left" on a column in Gradebook does not move it at all

Describe the bug
Clicking "Move Left" on a column in my gradebook does not move it at all, even after reload. Presumably the same for Move Right but I have no need to move a column to the right.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Gradebook for CS3100.
2. Go to "Assignment 7" column.
3. Click on the options for column and select "Move Left"
4. See error as lack of any response by waiting or refreshing the page.

Expected behavior
Either the column moves to the left or an indication this action is being performed or an indication this action has failed. If assignment columns cannot be reassigned, then an indication stating this should be shown (or we should be able to move around assignment columns).

Workarounds
Do nothing. This is only cosmetic and serves to keep grades in order on the visual Gradebook and on the Student's view of their grade. If this order is built into the schema in the database, then maybe separating the schema from the order the results are displayed would serve to make this possible? It also allows for further customization options if asked in the future.
