Fetching relationship data via rest fails

I dont know where am going wrong but i have 2 collections

I would like to fetch user_tokens and include user_id data where am doing it like

/api/user_tokens?depth=3

But this returns only user_id not the details of the user.

What am i missing

Found a solution, i needed to add read access on the Users collection also for this to work
