Option to show full error messages on mobile / small screen widths

The field errors displayed in the Admin Panel are reduced from full descriptions to error pills for screen widths under 1025px.

This behavior is intentional for improved UI, however this issue highlighted that some users still need the full error description on smaller screens.

We should assess adding an option to force errors not to be reduced or incorporate another way to allow users to do this.
