Bulk Queue Jobs

It's very annoying that Jobs have to be Created/Queued one at a time ... We have many situations where hundreds / thousands of jobs need to be created at once, and there is no simple & performant way to do that within a single transaction ... ideally, we would be able to bulk queue many tasks/workflows at once ...
