Multi Tenant Plugin | Disable the Tenant Selector Provider + Dropdown

I don't have need of the out of the box tenant selector and provider. I'd like to be able to opt out of having them added to my application so I can make a custom one that better fits my needs. This could probably be another toggle config variable in the plugin config.
