TailwindCSS upgrade

I'm just wondering when they plan to upgrade the tailwindcss to version 4.1.4 - the version used in the payloadcms/website template is still using version 3 - I've tried to upgrade but keep on making a mess of things and cant seem to find a definitive guide on how to upgrade Tailwindcss - I cant believe that upgrading the CSS must be such a complicated issue

I REALLY need this also. I'm having a lot of conflicting issues as I use tailwind in the admin.
