Field - Placeholder / Notes & Tokens

To create a more Intuitive backend how to add a field Placeholder, or added fields notes to better describe what the field is used for?

I also would like to used tokens for default values.

So I have a field title .

The data of this field I like to add to a textblock, where I like to used something like [token:title] anywhere in the text that will use the given token title data.

Placeholder and Notes (Description) work using admin option on collection.

Just need to figure out how to transfer Token values from related fields
