Payload cloud cognito for AWS s3 file upload issue

I copy all the Cognito variable provided by Payload Cloud and paste them to .env file. When I try upload the image or access the uploaded image. Payload return "Incorrect username and password".

What I have done for s3 integration

• disabled localStorage in Media collection;
• used payloadCloudPlugin (I think that's no config needed, right);

Anyone used cognito to access AWS s3 and experiencing the same problem? Or anything I'm doing wrong or mistake.
