website template and missing collections

Hi guys,

great to be on the payload train. Converted Sanity User here but boy... this is way more down the rabbit hole compared to sanity but i like it. Being a nextjs developer myself, its kind of fun to dig into this thing.

I have one more observation though: When i install your website template i see a lot of collections in the admin panel. But when looking at the code i am missing some like "Forms" or "Redirects" and others. These are in the (generated) type definition file but i am missing the blueprint of those collections in the collections folder. Where can i find them?

Do i miss something here? It looks like when running typegen, these gets regenerated every time but where is the source?

Ok, i found where it all happens. Those get generated via plugins.

Small note to the payload team:
I think it would be way better to ship a more simple version of a website/blogging template. So basically a overview page and a slug page. This with some sensible default collections. This way people would understand the example pretty quick which would help adoption. Your full blown "website" template is really a lot to stomach. I think a lot of people give it a pass when looking into that big chunk of code.
